Payment terms – Balneologisch Congres Veendam

By purchasing a ticket through www.magnesiumkuurstadveendam.nl, you agree to the following payment terms:

All payments for tickets are processed through our payment partner Mollie B.V., a certified payment service provider.
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, or other payment methods available at the time of purchase.
Payment must be made immediately. Your order will only be processed after the payment has been successfully completed.

2. Confirmation and delivery

After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital ticket within a few minutes.
The ticket serves as proof of admission to the conference and must be shown either digitally or printed at the entrance.

3. Prices

All ticket prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Any administrative or service fees will be shown separately during the checkout process.

4. Cancellation right

The right of Cancellation for consumers (14 days reflection period) is legally excluded for leisure services with a specific date, such as conference tickets. Therefore, you cannot cancel or get a refund for your purchase unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

5. Cancellation or change by the organizer

If the conference is fully or partially canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full or partial refund of the purchase amount within 30 days.
The organizer reserves the right to modify program components, location, or speakers. This does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Payment errors

If you encounter problems during the payment process or incomplete transactions, you can contact us at info@magnesiumkuurstadveendam.nl.
If a payment is unjustly reversed (chargeback), we reserve the right to deny access to the event.

7. Applicable law

These payment terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual agreement.
