Stichting Magnesium Kuurstad Veendam, based in Veendam, places great importance on protecting your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

  1. Shipping Policy

  • Digital tickets
    All admission tickets for the Balneological Congress 2025 will be sent electronically. After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal ticket in PDF format. This ticket must be presented upon entry to the event (either digitally or printed).
  • Delivery time
    In most cases you will receive your ticket immediately after payment. If you have not received an email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@magnesiumkuurstadveendam.nl.

2. Return Policy

  • Cancellation of your ticket
    Tickets for the Balneological Congress 2025 cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. In that case we will contact all ticket holders and a refund of the purchase amount will be issued within 30 days.
  • Transferability of tickets
    If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else, provided you notify the organizers in advance by email, including the name and email address of the new attendee.
