  • Payment details (via Mollie; we do not store bank account details ourselves)

  • Any information you provide yourself via email or contact forms.

During the conference, photographs or video may be taken for reporting and promotional purposes. If you object to this, please notify us before the conference

2. Purposes of data processing

We process your data for:

  • The processing of ticket sales and payments.
  • Sending access tickets and information about the conference.
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Statistical analysis and improvement of our services
  • Possible promotional communications about future conferences (only if you have signed up for them).

3. With whom do we share your data?

We only share your data with third parties when this is necessary:

  • Mollie B.V. – for secure payment processing
  • Email service providers — for sending tickets and information
  • Event partner – hospitality, who maintains a list of attendees at the entrance.

These parties may only process your data according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

We take appropriate security measures to prevent misuse, loss, or unauthorized access to personal data. Our website is secured with SSL, and access to data is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Retention period

We do not retain your data any longer than necessary:

  • Administrative records: up to 7 years (legal obligation)
  • Ticket and contact details: retained for up to 12 months after the conference.
